Cynthia Liao
Cynthia Liao is a Board Member of the SAE Foundation. She is passionate about international development, particularly in the realms of improving access to healthcare and renewable energy infrastructure development. She leads Global Markets on the Essential Medicines team at the Clinton Health Access Initiative, where she finds cross-sector solutions between NGOs, private sector and academic thought leaders to advise and implement health access solutions in partnership with Ministries of Health in a number of low-income countries. Her background is in Business Administration, and she completed her Bachelor’s Degree at the Ivey Business School, Western University. Prior to her current role, Cynthia has worked in renewable energy, financial services and was formerly a start-up entrepreneur.
